So I have, despite previous arguments with myself, decided that cycling is too expensive, my community pool is too full of kids, and that I can try interval trained running. So I've browsed the articles and decided on a system.
Week 1
30 Minutes: (+0 Cycles) 10 Minute Walk,
30 Sec run, 1 min walk etc.
Week 2
33 Minutes: (+2 Cycles) 10 Minute Walk,
40 Sec Run, 50 Sec walk.
Week 3
36 Minutes: (+4 Cycles) 10 Minute Walk,
50 Sec Run, 40 Sec Walk
And I guess we'll see how it works.
It might not, I might just get pooped and have an ice cream.
and then a nap.
But it's worth trying, after all.
